User Agreement

Last updated:

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Zero2Code (VÖEN: 2010015322, “we”, “us”) and every person who uses the website zero2code.com, the web classroom and the Zero2Code Telegram bot (together, the “Service”; “you”).

By creating an account or using the Service you accept this Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Payment Terms and Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

Zero2Code is an online course that takes you from zero to building apps, bots and websites: 182 daily lessons in Azerbaijani, English and Russian. The Service includes:

  • a new lesson every day: a short explanation, a task and two optional bonus tasks; the next lesson opens after you pass the current one;
  • the web classroom, where you read the lesson, write and run code and send your answer;
  • Professor Dash, an artificial intelligence (AI) mentor who checks your answers, gives scores, feedback and hints and answers your questions in the chat (on the website and in Telegram);
  • theory handbooks, badges and monthly certificates.

Professor Dash is an AI. His feedback, scores and answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. They are guidance for learning, not a guarantee of correctness, of a result, of a job or of income. Check important information yourself, and write to us if you think a score is wrong.

2. Your account

You can create an account with your email and a password, with Google or with Telegram. The information you give must be true.

Each person may have only one account. An account may not be shared, sold or handed over to someone else.

Keep your password, and access to your email, Google or Telegram account, safe. Everything done from your account is considered done by you. If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password and write to support@zero2code.com.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service; if you are younger, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • send spam, abusive or illegal content, or use Professor Dash for anything other than learning;
  • try to get around the course rules, for example to get paid lessons without paying, to get other students' answers, or to make Professor Dash reveal his instructions;
  • try to break, overload, scan or attack the Service, or access it with scripts, bots or other automated tools;
  • create several accounts to get extra free days or to get around limits;
  • pretend to be someone else.

To keep the Service fair and affordable for everyone, we apply fair-use limits (for example, on how often Professor Dash can be asked). We do not publish these limits and may change them. When a limit is reached, Professor Dash pauses for a while.

If you break these rules, we may limit or suspend your access (see Suspension and termination).

4. Your work

The code, answers, explanations and messages you send (your “work”) remain yours.

You give us the right to store and process your work in order to check and grade it, show it to you, let the teacher help you, and improve the lessons and Professor Dash's feedback. We do not publish or sell your work.

To be checked, your work is sent to our AI provider (see the Privacy Policy). Do not send other people's personal data, passwords or other secrets in your answers or in the chat.

5. Course materials

The lessons, tasks, handbooks, texts, images, the character of Professor Dash and the design of the Service belong to Zero2Code or are used with permission, and are protected by law.

You may use them for your own learning. Without our written permission you may not copy, publish, sell, share or redistribute them, in whole or in part. The code you write while solving the tasks is yours.

6. Certificates

When you finish a month of the course, you receive a certificate. Each certificate has its own public page showing your name, the month and the date: you can share it, and others can check that it is real.

You can hide a certificate from your dashboard at any time; its page then no longer opens. You can show it again later.

A certificate confirms that you completed the lessons of the course on Zero2Code. It is not a state-issued document, a diploma or a qualification.

7. Availability and changes to the course

We do our best to keep the Service working and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors. Maintenance and problems at our providers or on the internet can make the Service temporarily unavailable.

We may improve and change the course: the lessons, tasks, their order, features and tools. Changes do not shorten an access period you have already paid for.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@zero2code.com.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks this Agreement or the law, puts the Service or other students at risk, or abuses Professor Dash. Where possible, we will warn you first and explain the reason.

Refunds for paid access are governed by the Payment Terms and Rules.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. We will announce important changes on the website or in Telegram before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new version.

10. Applicable law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We first try to settle any disagreement through dialogue: write to support@zero2code.com. If no agreement can be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
