Payment Terms and Rules

These Payment Terms and Rules explain how paid access to the Zero2Code course works: free days, packages, how to pay, promo codes and refunds. They are part of the User Agreement.
1. Free days
New students can study day 1 of the course for free, without paying and without a bank card. Students who joined earlier keep the free days shown in their account.
After the free days, the next lessons, Professor Dash's checks and the chat open with a paid package.
2. Packages and prices

Prices are in Azerbaijani manats (AZN). One month of access is 30 days.
A package gives full access to the course for its period: a new lesson every day, Professor Dash's checks and chat, the bonus tasks and the handbooks.
The current prices are always shown on the pricing page.
3. How to pay
- Choose a package on the website or in Telegram and press its button. WhatsApp opens with a ready message: the package, the price, your name and your Student ID.
- Send the message. We reply on WhatsApp and tell you how to pay.
- Once we have confirmed that the payment has arrived, the teacher unlocks your access. The lessons open right away; if you connected Telegram, you also get a message there.
Access is unlocked only after the payment is confirmed. Pressing the button or sending the message is not a payment.
4. Access period
The access period starts on the day your access is unlocked and lasts the number of days of the package (for example, 90 days for 3 months). If you pay again while your paid access is still running, the new days are added after the end of the current period.
The access period counts calendar days and does not pause on days when you do not study.
If you connected Telegram, we remind you 3 days before your access ends and on its last day.
5. No automatic renewal
There is no subscription, and nothing is charged automatically. When your package ends, access closes until you choose and pay for a new package; your progress is kept.
6. Promo codes
- A promo code gives a discount on a package under the conditions set for that code (the discount, the packages, the validity period and the number of uses).
- Only one promo code can be used per payment; codes cannot be combined.
- A promo code cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.
- The code is checked again when you pay and when the payment is confirmed. If the code is no longer valid at that moment (it has expired or has been used up), the regular price applies.
7. Refunds
If you change your mind, you get a full refund when you ask for it within 3 days of the payment. Write to support@zero2code.com and give your Student ID (it is in the WhatsApp payment message and on the payment card in your account).
After 3 days from the payment, the payment is not refunded, including for any unused part of the period.
After a refund, the access paid for with that payment is closed. The money is returned in the way agreed with you, usually the way you paid.
8. Price changes
We may change prices and packages. New prices apply only to future payments; the price of a period you have already paid for never changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan; disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
